I was going to do an entry yesterday talking about some Random Fury members and how much I appreciate them wanting to voluntarily play under the RF banner, but J came in and I got side-tracked. It’ll have to wait now, as I have something else to say.
Whilst Orca is designing a Flash based Halo 2 Random Fury site, featuring profiles and such of all the members, all the map strategies and tactics, any guides or FAQs that have been written, I’m also looking to learn website design at a local college in September, which will be free thanks to me claiming Jobseekers Allowance.

I also have an Intermediate GNVQ in Art and Design as well as an Advanced GNVQ in Art and Design, as well as assorted meaningless City and Guilds and ONC IT related things.
Quite rubbish actually, but hey, I did no revision at all and gave approximately 30% effort in the exams because I was so cool back then. I wish I’d applied myself, I wouldn’t be such a mess now if I had.
Went to the Doctors yesterday, got my blood test results. I need to go and have an ultrasound done on my liver, apparently I have slightly raised something or other levels. Joy.
Went back on the stronger anti-depressants as well, the 10mg ones didn’t feel like they were doing much. Also got a months supply of nicotine patches, should keep me going, and they were a lot cheaper than buying them in Sainsburys.
Should be going to do some internet courses at College soon if I don’t get this Wilkinsons job, to learn website design and stuff. I’ve dabbled in it before, it’s quite fun.
I did quite well in them Forumite Award thingies last night, even though I had no interest in them at all.
2 Golds and 2 Bronzes for me, and as a whole RF kicked bottom with 4 Golds, 4 Silvers, 6 Bronzes (and a shed-load of special thanks and stuff at the end from tnman).
Last night at around 2-3 am, while I was playing some Halo 2 with the one and only, a guy was stabbed on the pavement opposite my house.
I didn’t hear anything, having a headset on and all, but Lady T came down and told me all about it, there were two police cars and an ambulance tending to this guy who was in a tremendous amount of pain saying he’d been stabbed… All the commotion woke her up and she could see and hear pretty much everything that was going on out there.
They’ve only just taken the police tape down now, it’s bloody scary that something like that can happen just over the road!
I had an interview this morning, it went alright. It may involve some lifting though, and with my back still killing me from the Gizm-ownage, that could be bad.
I hope I get the job, it’s just up the road form my house, quite good money too, as much for a Supervisor as I was on as a Deputy Manager at Game.
Started my new lot of anti-depressants today, they are only 10mg compared to the 20mg of the last lot. *feels no different*
Had to have a blood test day before yesterday too, got a huge bruise on my arm where the nurse stabbed me, I had heard their reputation for bruising people an hour too late…
The doctor wondered whether the way I have been feeling lately was physical rather than mental. Should get the results next week, I’m pooing it a bit, as it’s my first blood test in like… ever, and I don’t exactly take care of myself.
Oh well, chuck it at me, bring it on, these things are sent to try us.
