Jane and I play Normal (she doesn’t like dying, gets frustrated very easily!), but I’m happy to give any difficulty a go. Friday is gonna be an epic one (Jane is away so I can stay up as late as I want, playing Haloz!!!), but then we’re not about on Saturday. I’m sure we’ll bump into each other at some point!

What do you play? Legendary? I should be available tomorrow evening, and over the weekend (in the evening, so hopefully see you then). Was in multi with the old guys earlier, nothing has really changed

Any weekday between 7 and 10 is good for us. Weekends are a bit more hit ‘n’ miss, there’s no real pattern to our Halo playing.

Yeah, we saw you playing Campaign last night. Hope to get some co-op sessions going once we all know the story and spoilers aren’t an issue!

Man, I find it really easy! I only miss bits when it goes from really low to really high, as I need to sing in two different tones – one singing voice for high bits, another singing voice for low bits. Transitioning between the two is a nightmare, but fun.

You can just hum the tune if you get really stuck mate!

I’ve got season 1 on DVD, but trying to convince Jane to watch it with me is failing.

I saw season 2 on TV a couple of years ago, loved it.

Season 3, I’ve not seen, but I did see it’s out on DVD now, so I may ask for it and season 2 for Xmas.

The first three books were excellent. I’ll hopefully pick up the next book (or are there two more?) at some point, love a good bit of Dexter, I do.

They’ve really toned down Achievements nowadays anyway, most games have lots and lots worth small amounts each rather than how it was in the early days where some games would only have 5 or 6 Achievements worth hundreds of points each.

It’s still an achievement though, it be at the top at a game, albeit for a short time. The closest I came was at the Xbox Launch with Hexic HD, where I was pretty high in the rankings.

I miss lots, if not all, of the notes so stop rubbing it in!!

You get round to catching up with the TV show? Series 3 was pretty awesome, season 4 has just started and already looks to be a corker! They always leave it on a cliffhanger though, but I guess thats what keeps me coming back for more each week at the exact timeslot it’s on. Friday at 10, Friday at 10…

I’m like you and have read the first Dexter book recently after watching the TV show, and although it is slightly different, it still has it’s charm and goes more into the “Dark passenger” stuff you don’t see as much of in the TV shows.
